I provide therapy to couples and individuals. I also provide clinical supervision for therapists, drawing on extensive experience and a broad understanding of various mental health conditions. My areas of expertise include addressing poor communication skills, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, suicidal ideation, and feelings of helplessness.
I bring a unique perspective as someone who personally navigates the challenges of living with an incurable degenerative autoimmune condition. This personal experience has deepened my empathy and understanding of life's complex difficulties.
I am a qualified counsellor specialising in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, focusing on Transactional Analysis. I hold a BA (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision, which inform my client-centred approach and commitment to fostering personal growth and emotional well-being in those I work with.
My ethos is rooted in the belief that everyone can make meaningful choices and changes with the proper support and environment, regardless of their challenges.
