Hello, my name is Phillipa, and firstly, I would like to thank you for taking your time to read through my profile.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, licensed in the UK with over 10 years professional experience. My experience working with adults in different settings, covers a vast range of psychological and emotional situations, examples include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and low self-esteem.

I can provide you with a safe space, where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment so you can explore at your own pace. You may have been struggling with issues for a number of years, you may be facing a current crisis or dealing with traumatic experiences from the past. You may have received other courses of treatment, counselling or therapy which you haven't fully benefited from. It may be that you feel 'stuck' in life or with a problem and want to make some positive changes or you may just simply want to be heard, valued and offload.

I predominantly work within a Person-Centered approach, which allows you to be in control as I respectfully help you to find your own solutions, unique potential and abilities, enabling you to make the most of life and its opportunities. I also work with other modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. This integrative way of working allows the therapy to adapt to your needs, promoting progress.
