About me
Whatever form of therapeutic support you need, I am sure that we can be of service to you! Through our efforts together, a new path will be set before you. So, get ready to work hard and never give up.
Looking for understanding, clarity, connection, and/or direction? HEALING is available NOW...if you choose to accept it. Today, so many people are dealing with hurts that constantly impact their daily lives. Some struggle silently while others lash out looking for relief. Well, you can find that healing relief here. Therapy will allow you a safe place to express yourself while growing valuable skills to help you live a more balanced, enjoyable life. We provide virtual individual, family, and couples sessions that are tailored to your individual needs.
How can I be of help? I've provided therapy using multiple techniques for over a decade. I received my primary training in Marriage and Family Therapy, but I also use a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. I am also able to provide Christian-based Counseling, as needed.
