I am a licensed therapist providing virtual, affirming care to adults across Ohio. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and personal growth, offering a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I work alongside you to better understand patterns, build effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

As a cisgender gay man, I am especially passionate about providing inclusive, identity-affirming care. I also bring both personal and professional experience with bariatric surgery, which allows me to support individuals in the pre- and post-operative stages, as well as those navigating food addiction and their relationship with food. I understand the complexities of this journey and strive to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support throughout the process.

I offer flexible options including insurance, self-pay, and a sliding fee scale to make therapy more accessible.
