While I primarily work with adolescents, teens, and young adults, I am open to working with all ages! I use an individualized and integrative approach in order to support my clients to the fullest potential. My goal in our sessions is to create a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where life stressors can become more manageable.
