My Approach
You deserve a recovery plan that is as unique as you are. With a state-of-the-art education and 18 years of personal recovery experience, I understand both the science of addiction and the reality of living with it. Together, we will develop an individualized recovery program tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle. I am committed to being there for you—up to seven days a week, including Sundays—because recovery doesn’t take days off.

- If you’ve tried before: I work with those who have been through multiple treatment programs and are looking for a fresh, personalized approach.
- If 12-step isn’t for you: If you’ve struggled with traditional 12-step models, we’ll explore alternative pathways to recovery.

Support for families: Addiction affects more than just the individual. I also offer support and guidance to friends and family members who are navigating the challenges of a loved one’s addiction.

Flexible and Accessible Care
Located in Southampton, NY, I offer in-person sessions in a private, welcoming office. For your convenience, I also provide sessions via Zoom or telephone. If needed, I offer home visits and sober companionship to support you through challenging moments.
