Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Welcome. I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker who is dedicated to working with people coping with anxiety, depression, and grief.
While I draw from various evidenced-based treatment modalities, my approach is warm, person-centered, and non-judgmental. Since there are other factors of our being human that can affect mental health, the focus of treatment is not only on the mind but may include aspects of bodily health, and the spirit of the person. In other words, a holistic approach.
My goal is to establish a therapeutic relationship that engages in the work of healing and personal growth. To this end, you can expect to be able to identify the life issues and thinking patterns that trigger your emotional responses and learn ways of coping, so you can go on living your best life.
We all have moments in our lives when we need someone to walk alongside us. Someone that will listen, understand, and help us make sense of ourselves, others, and the world. If you are in that place now, I welcome you to call me and schedule a time to meet. You do not need to do this alone.
