About me
Seeking support is a courageous first step—and I’m glad you’re here.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and the emotional impact of chronic health conditions or caregiving. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, we’ll work together to identify practical strategies while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles.
My approach is warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental. I believe every person deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and acceptance. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I tailor each treatment plan to your unique goals and needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and psychodynamic principles, integrating techniques that best support your growth.
I believe meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and collaboration. My role is to help you gain insight, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
