About me
I am a behavioral health therapist with 30 years of experience. I am currently in private practice but prior worked in both hospital and treatment program settings. My undergraduate and graduate degrees were obtained up north in N.Y. and CT. I am proficient with clients struggling with depression, anxiety and stress management, relationship issues and family reintegration. I have experience with substance abuse and addiction using a 12 step format. I have some experience dealing with trauma and PTSD, and anger management. I utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused and psychodynamic therapies.
I consider myself compassionate, non-judgemental and a good listener and use user-friendly language, I am a facilitator, collaborator and do not mandate or dictate. My therapeutic goal is to help clients find harmony and peace in their lives.
Come join me to work on your challenges and struggles.
