About me
I am an experienced mental health counselor and addiction therapist who can walk with you as you strive to reach your goals.
Have you been struggling with depression, anxiety, and discouragement?
Do you need help fighting addiction and prefer individual counseling?
Has communicating with your spouse or significant other been challenging lately?
Does life seem like it is just too much at times?
I have good news! You do not have to go through this alone!
I believe that each person is the expert in their own life, but sometimes, we need someone who can walk beside us to provide insight and tools to help with life’s challenges
In my office, you will find a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe to be yourself while you explore your unique challenges in life. You will have the privacy you need to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I hope to help you gain insight, develop skills, and discover your inner strengths as you strive to reach your full potential.
I have experience working with adult clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, abuse, relationship struggles, and overwhelming life experiences.
I offer tailored support using a variety of techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Brainspotting.
As a Christian, I have always known that my calling is helping others. I have experience providing Christian Counseling and am willing to provide Christian Counseling at the request of the client. I serve people regardless of their faith background, meaning that you get to decide if you want faith integrated into your therapy or not.
I have a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental health Counseling and a MA in Addiction Counseling, both from The University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and a Provisional Addiction Therapist (PAT) in Wyoming.
Whether you are dealing with mental health or addiction issues, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and look forward to working with you.
