I have been working with individuals, families and couples for over 25 years with respect for each person's beliefs and perspectives. I have training and experience as a Lisenced Marriage and Family Therapist in helping couples, families, and individuals in knowing themselves, personal growth, coping with and navigating stresses in today's changing environment, learning to communicate and work through differences and difficulties moving through life stages in their relationships.
