Holistic POC Licensed clinical social worker who is dedicated to helping marginalized communities
Life gives us challenges. These challenges can include anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationships, or just feeling stuck in life. However, we do not have to face these challenges alone. It is my job to help you identify and eliminate stresses, embrace your strengths, and work towards empowerment. Through holistic collaboration, we together can create an individualized and comprehensive plan to help you create an identity of your own, integrate positive practices into your daily interactions, and grow to live a happy and healthy life.
I provide full-spectrum, client-specific treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in a warm, genuine, and safe environment. I believe in the importance of a consistent therapeutic relationship, so I accommodate clients by providing sliding scale fees, in-home visits, online sessions and office visits.
I am trained in Pranic, Reiki healing, and vibrational sound massage. Other non-talk therapy services are also provided, such as tea therapy, pet therapy, walk n talk, etc. I am LGBT and kink friendly.
