About me
With over 30 years of experience, my goal is to create a supportive therapeutic alliance with clients that can foster a solid foundation for growth, healing and inner work.
I provide counseling for individuals, couples and families who are seeking help with a wide range of personal growth, challenges, struggles and stress related issues. I strive to work together with clients to increase their capacity to strengthen their natural healing process and empower them to have access to their compassion, connection and best self.
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Drug/Alcohol Counselor for New York and Vermont as well as a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I have continuously expanded my knowledge over the span of my 35 years in practice to offer my clients individualized treatment that blends a wide range of modalities including insight-oriented psychotherapy, Auricular Acupuncture, Somatic Experiencing, Psychodrama, Integrative Nutrition, Developmental Couples counseling and the Invitation to Change Curriculum for loved ones of those suffering from substance abuse. I am committed to offering intuitive insight and a nonjudgmental mental frame of reference for individuals, couples, families and teens with the intention of helping to manage and enrich their lives.
