I offer online professional counseling for individuals, couples and families in Washington State. Everyone needs a listening ear and/or counsel at various times in our life journey.
I enjoy working with people of all ages to become healthier mentally, physically and spiritually in order to help reach their goals in life.This may mean challenging destructive thoughts or behaviors, learning new ways to think about yourself, gaining new boundaries, finding healing from past hurt, walking through present though times together - all so that you can become the thriving person that God intended you to be. I care...You are worth it!
Everyone is unique - so I don't use a one size fits all approach. I endeavor to use tools and therapies that work best for your individualized situation. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, families and couples. We all benefit from working on personal growth. For Washington State clinicians & Master's level students I also offer Internships & Supervision
Every person is at varying levels of mental health at any given moment. It's a strength to know that you need a little help sometimes. Admitting we need help is the first step to growth and a life that works better. You are worth becoming the best you, you can be. I believe that Jesus is our ultimate healer. I also supervise Washington State LMHCA clinicians for LMHC.
