I am an experienced clinician in practice for many years. I am dedicated to my clients and have expertise in treating individuals with issues of depression, anxiety, and various other mental health issues.

I offer in-person and virtual sessions, based on the client's preference. My approach is based on over 30 years of training and experience in working with clients who present with a variety of needs. I also have worked in a hospital setting in the Dept. of Psychiatry, and in the Substance Abuse clinic. For many clients, the problem areas are based on unfortunate circumstances the client did not choose. But in response to those circumstances, the client may have made poor choices. That is learned behavior that can be unlearned and new, better choices can be made, when there is professional help in getting to the roots of the problems. I am a Christian therapist. My practice is based on Christian principles, and I pray with my clients at every session. I offer emotional and spiritual support within the framework of therapy sessions. Sometimes there is "homework" given to encourage the client's ongoing growth. If there are problems in a relationship, this can also be improved in therapy.
