About me
Hello, and welcome!
I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist, committed to helping people navigate life’s challenges, improve their mental well-being, and achieve their personal goals. I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to create meaningful and lasting change.
Therapy is a collaborative process focused on your personal growth, emotional well-being, and self-understanding. While I provide guidance and support, you remain the expert of your own life.
Together, we set goals and explore approaches that fit your unique needs, helping you move toward the changes you desire.
I started my psychotherapy journey in 2016 in Vienna, Austria, the birthplace of psychotherapy. I offer Systemic and Person-Centered Therapy, or a combination of both depending on what feels most helpful to you. My life experiences, studies, and international travels have shaped the way I understand different cultural perspectives and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. I am committed to creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you take the next steps on your journey.
