I provide individual therapy to help clients move through their problems and heal from emotional pain. Whether developing new skills to manage stress, negotiating life's changes, addressing problems in living, or treating clinical psychiatric disorders, my focus is to help clients create more meaning, balance, and joy in their lives.
My commitment is to help my clients with their own personal growth, inner development, and personal relationships. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Jane Addams College of Social Work.
