I provide experiential psychotherapy to help individuals clear away anxiety, traumatic memories and feeling stuck in relationships with self, others, behaviors, substances and other situations.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Pain Intervention, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and as a Clinical Trauma Professional. I am also trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy, Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Integration, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I provide 60-minute (or longer) therapy sessions, do not accept insurance for payment and have evening and weekend hours available.
