I have been working in mental health for over 30 years and enjoy helping others on their life journey.
Hello! Glad you are interested in getting to know more about my practice. I try to integrate mental health therapy with evidenced-based treatment, skills and tools along with the values and teachings of the Christian faith. That being said, I am very respectful of the different spiritual beliefs many of my clients have which differ from my own. My hope is to help others work through the various chapters of their life story, which may be keeping them stuck from moving forward in personal growth and life choices.
