Congratulations on taking this first step. Starting therapy can be scary, and asking for help can be difficult to do. Yet, we all can use a little help now and then because we've developed patterns that affect how we are in relationship with ourselves and others. Often when people seek out professional help it is because they feel overwhelmed and stuck – the current ways of thinking and behaving are no longer working for them, and may be contributing to big, uncomfortable emotions. The solutions to resolving these feelings and creating change are within us but may seem out of reach. With counseling, there is an opportunity to be more present, authentic, and who you are meant to be. Counseling can help you, at your own pace, create the life you want, and I am here to believe for you what you may not yet be able to believe for yourself.

Depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, PTSD, interpersonal violence, childhood abuse, stress, and self-esteem are all issues I have helped clients address.
