About me
I take a psychodynamic approach to my client work exploring present problems in the context of life history and past experiences. As a practitioner I help clients learn and change so that they can improve the quality of their own lives and the lives of those around them.
I have over 20 years experience of working in organisational settings and private practice with adults and hold NCPS professional accreditation. I completed my training at Kings College London and the University of Oxford. I have experience in helping clients in many areas including stress and anxiety, relationship issues at home and work, motivation, self esteem and personal development.
