I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) with over 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most personal and complex challenges. My work is grounded in clinical expertise, deep empathy, and a commitment to creating a safe, honest space for healing and growth.
I specialize in:
• Men’s issues and identity development
• Pornography and sexual addiction recovery (CSAT)
• Trauma therapy using EMDR and Polyvagal Theory
• Relationship and couples counseling
• Processing addictions and emotional regulation
My approach is practical, direct, and compassionate. Whether I’m supporting a man working through shame and self-doubt, or helping a couple rebuild trust and connection, I aim to foster clarity, courage, and lasting change. I can also offer faith-integrated counseling for those who want to explore healing through a Christian lens—though I welcome clients of all backgrounds and beliefs.
