About me
I help adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally worn down by anxiety, trauma, anger, or life stress. Many people I work with appear high-functioning and struggle internally with tension, burnout, or uncertainty about the future.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Nevada and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio, Idaho, Maine and South Carolina with over six years of experience.
I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), A Certified Grief Informed Professional, (GCP), and a Certified Domestic Violence Specialist through the National Anger Management Association and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor.
I am also a US Air Force Veteran.
My approach is practical, supportive, and evidence-based, with optional faith integration for clients who desire it.
Therapy with me is a safe, non-judgmental space focused on clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
