I am an experienced counselor with over 28 years of evidence based care. I am dedicated to helping teens and adults with realizing their strength and healing their trauma.
I enjoy building meaningful relationships with my clients based on mutual respect helping them with problem-solving here and now issues and working on the historical impact of experiences in their life. I've been married for 29 years I have raised two sons. I've been a business owner a caregiver for my mother for four years during her cancer journey and an active member of the communities that I live in.
