About me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and couples facing anxiety, neurodivergence, ADHD, and challenges in relationships and life transitions.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly two decades of experience working with adults and couples. My work is grounded in the belief that people often come to therapy not because everything is falling apart, but because they feel stuck—capable on the outside, yet overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated underneath.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, and relationship stress. Many of the clients I support are thoughtful, high-functioning people who struggle with emotional regulation, communication, follow-through, or feeling understood in their relationships. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults and couples navigating different neurotypes, including ADHD, and how these differences impact connection, intimacy, and daily life.
My approach is active, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I integrate talk therapy with mindfulness, art therapy, executive functioning support, and EMDR when appropriate. I balance deep listening with gentle challenge, helping clients identify unhelpful patterns while also offering practical tools they can use outside of session. I believe meaningful change comes from insight paired with real-life application, and therapy works best when therapist and client are engaged in the process together.
I have completed advanced ADHD-focused clinical training and am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I also hold training in executive functioning and enjoy helping clients better understand how their brains work so they can build systems, relationships, and lives that feel more sustainable.
I offer a no-fee initial consultation to assess fit and determine how I may be helpful. If I believe another provider would better meet your needs, I am always happy to offer referrals. My goal is to provide a thoughtful, supportive space where clients feel understood, challenged when needed, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
