About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience dedicated to helping adults cope with and manage a broad array of issues to include anxiety, depression, trauma and major life events.
I love to partner with clients to assist with anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, grief and anything else holding you back from your best life. I provide evidenced based therapies so clients can find support, gain coping skills, develop their resilience to stress and increase the joy in life. I see therapy as a partnership. Building trust is essential to allowing oneself to be open to the hard work of change. Each client’s experience is unique, and it is my job to find the intervention/tools that best suit the individuals needs and that will provide for the best outcomes within the therapeutic alliance. Some of the approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and psychodynamic training and skills to achieve these outcomes.
