I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 16 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long.
I specialize in trauma-informed care and use approaches such as EMDR, attachment-based work, and nervous system regulation to help you move beyond insight and create real change. My style is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. I will help you identify patterns, understand where they come from, and build practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally steady.
