About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have years working with adults, children and families. I have expertise and training in trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, women's issues, anxiety, domestic abuse, domestic violence, grief, lesbian, LGBTQ+, mood disorders, relationship issues, stress, life transitions, relationship issues and parenting issues. I understand therapy can be scary and believe in providing a safe space to help you in your healing journey.
I use a trauma-informed lens to support clients in reconnecting with their self-worth and discovering the tools they need for healing and growth. I understand that healing is not linear-it's a personal journey that requires patience, trust, and a safe, supportive space. I specialize working with adults and teens who are navigating life's challenge-whether relationship conflicts, past trauma, or current life stressors. I also bring extensive experience working with both adults and children who have survived various forms of abuse, as well as supporting adults facing the complexities of divorce and co-parenting.
