About me

My name is Patricia Ductan and my ideal clients are those who are motivated or at least contemplating change. Life transitions, Anxiety, Work stress, Depression & low mood, Perfectionism & burnout, Self-criticism, Sleep & rumination, Unhealthy Communication patterns, Recurring conflict, and Parenting alignment often bring clients to my office. My counseling practice for adults and couples uses evidence-based CBT to help understand your patterns, soften old reactions, and build the relationships you want.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the most studied forms of therapy in the world — proven to help with anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. Together we'll trace the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and gently rewrite the patterns that aren't serving you.
Healing isn't about becoming someone new — it's coming home to yourself. I tailor every session to the person — or pair — in front of me. The first conversation is always free, and there's no obligation to continue.
