About me
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) counselor with experience supporting adolescents and adults in managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I am a licensed associate counselor with a passion for helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship issues, or past experiences that still affect you today, I offer evidence-based tools and a personalized plan to help you heal and grow. I incorporate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based strategies to support your journey.
Together, we’ll work at your pace to build resilience, restore balance, and move toward a more fulfilling life. I'm here to walk alongside you—offering guidance, encouragement, and genuine support every step of the way.
