Therapy may be briefer, I teach many relaxation practices in a psycho educational and experiential way. I can also enhance your options with hypnotherapy to show you awareness of yourself, which you may have neglected.

I am a Qualified Supervisor,I have worked in workplace /corporate and community training on change management, work life balance, mindfulness and relaxation practices, energy management and mental health awareness and advocacy. I also provide assistance in workplace crisis situations.
