About me
I'm Patricia Bartley, a therapist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, loss and grief, and other life challenges as well. I am particularly passionate about helping people cultivate acceptance, non-judgment, self- compassion and meaningful connection. I am deeply client centered and use mindfulness engagement in all my approaches. I love talking about feelings and how to work with challenging thoughts and emotions which can truly interfere with well-being and peace of mind.
My approach centers on exploring communication patterns, addressing isolation and loneliness, and working through guilt, shame, and attachment wounds. I also specialize in supporting clients with panic disorder, mood challenges, and women's issues as they discover their life's purpose and practice forgiveness.
I believe in meeting you where you are with authenticity, respect, and genuine care. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build the life you deserve. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing path.
Thank you for choosing me to collaborate with you on this life's journey. This is courage!
