I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who is dedicated to help children and adolescents cope with anxiety, depression, family issues, identity development, and trauma.
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional counselor who provides direct counseling and psychotherapy to children and adolescents, ages 6-19. I am dedicated to working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, family issues, identity development and trauma. I guide clients to develop both insight and effective coping skills to improve stress tolerance and emotional regulation.
My theoretical lens is built to help each individual client by using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), play therapy and trauma informed care.
