About me
Hi, I’m Patrice. As a military veteran and former civil servant, I know what it’s like to carry heavy responsibilities while trying to hold everything together. Life can bring challenges we don’t plan for—anxiety, grief, parenting struggles, chronic illness, military stress, or a cancer diagnosis—and sometimes it feels like too much to handle alone.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker under the direct supervision of Sedrick Jackson, LCSW. I work with children, teens, and adults, offering a safe and supportive space to share their stories and begin healing. With children, I often use play therapy to help them express emotions in ways that feel natural. With teens and adults, I draw on practical, evidence-based tools like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to build resilience, manage stress, and strengthen relationships.
I bring not only professional training but also real-life experience to the work I do. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and encouragement—helping you find hope and new ways forward. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, adjusting to illness, coping with grief, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone.
