About me
I am a trauma focused clinician licensed in both Washington state and South Carolina. I like to work with individuals and couples and I have worked with addiction, borderline personality disorder, trauma and unhealthy relationships.
I take a holistic approach to health, meaning I believe in the strong connection between our mind and body and that sometimes in an effort to stuff down our emotions, we fail to recognize that our bodies will find a way to let us know something is wrong- through chronic pain, headaches or disturbances in our eating or sleeping regimen. I believe trauma can impact our ability to enjoy our lives, create meaningful relationships and align our goals to our values.
