About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Georgia with over 15 years of experience working in partnership with individuals to overcome life challenges; the last 5 years in direct service as a mental health clinician/therapist. I have worked with people of various ethnicities, socioeconomic classes and with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting, and emotional self-regulation.
My therapy style is warm, open and honest. I believe in treating all people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines
cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. With your input, I will customize our communication and treatment plan to meet your specific goals.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happier life and to continue moving forward towards change. If you are ready to take another step, I am here to encourage and empower you for the journey.
I look forward to working with you!
