Pamela Newman

My passion is working with teenagers and young adults, helping them discover themselves and navigate the challenges of becoming more self-assured and self-aware. I want to create a space where individuals can feel comfortable sharing and are able to gain insight into themselves.

My career over the last 15+ years has allowed me the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients from all racial and ethnic backgrounds, experiencing a variety of life struggles.

We specialize in working with adults, teens, couples and parents. We have experience working with concerns including: depression, anxiety, burnout, ADHD/ADD, life transitions, work/career challenges, learning differences, bullying, school difficulties/avoidance, relationship issues, marriage and family conflicts. We offer parent coaching and support as well.

We know that taking the step to begin therapy is difficult. Deciding on a therapist for yourself or your child can be even more challenging. We believe in tailoring each session to meet your needs and your goals. Our therapists strive to ensure that you to feel safe to share, feel heard, and ultimately gain insight into what is keeping you from your goals.
