About me
I’m known for being direct and getting to the heart of things quickly. I don’t believe in dancing around what matters. When we can separate what’s actually important from the noise, it often saves a lot of time, frustration, and energy.
At the same time, direct doesn’t mean cold. My approach is grounded in empathy and a genuine interest in understanding your experiences, struggles, and what has shaped the way you see your life.
Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what might need to change. That might mean rethinking your career, looking at relationship patterns, questioning long-held beliefs, or rediscovering parts of yourself that have been buried under expectations and responsibilities.
A lot of people come to therapy feeling stuck between what they were told life was “supposed to” look like and what actually feels right for them. Our work is about helping you sort through that. We’ll challenge assumptions, explore new perspectives, and help you build a life that feels authentic to you.
If you’re at a point where “rethinking” feels more honest than simply continuing as things are, you’re in the right place. Whether you’re questioning your definition of happiness, your relationships, your identity, or the direction of your life, it’s never too late to pause, reflect, and choose a different path.
My role is to walk alongside you in that process — asking the hard questions, helping you see patterns more clearly, and supporting you as you move from confusion toward clarity, and from fear toward greater freedom.
