About me
At Wellness Solution 360, Pamela Freeman brings together clinical expertise, compassionate care, and a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve lasting wellness. Since founding the practice in 2019, her mission has been to provide comprehensive, whole-person care that addresses not only symptoms but the underlying factors that influence mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Pamela’s journey in healthcare has been driven by a lifelong calling to serve others. Beginning her career as a paramedic, then advancing to become a registered nurse, and ultimately earning credentials as both a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), she has developed a unique perspective on the connection between mind, body, and overall health.
Throughout her career, Pamela has cared for individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. These encounters have shaped her belief that exceptional healthcare begins with listening, understanding, and treating every person with dignity and respect. Her approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, cultural awareness, and evidence-based care, creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel supported throughout their wellness journey.
Today, Pamela leads Wellness Solution 360 with a focus on integrated psychiatric care, behavioral health services, therapy support, addiction recovery, and wellness solutions. She partners with each client to develop personalized treatment plans that foster healing, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. Whether someone is seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addiction recovery, or personal growth, her goal is to empower them with the tools, guidance, and clinical support needed to restore balance and thrive.
