About me
In practice for over 20 years, my practice began as a virtual offering in 2019. Effective May 13th, 2025 I will also offer limited in-person appointments. I work with adult individuals and couples 21+ who are looking to improve their emotional, social, familial, and relationship health.
Too often, we live the lives we were taught to expect to live, not the lives that fully complement who we are. The added uncertainty of today's world can result in constant feelings and worries about our present and our future—our realities and our possibilities.
