About me
I'm an IFS therapist experienced in working with adult coping with change, transitions, dealing with loss and stress that can manifest as anxiety, depression, panic attacks and intense emotions.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State, I believe in the importance of healthy living, mental well-being, and embracing life's experiences. With a background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LIU and experience working with diverse populations, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), level 1 to help clients develop self-awareness and navigate and building relationship with the different parts of themselves.
