About me
Healing the roots of complex trauma, rewriting your story, and rebuilding secure connections.
If you find yourself constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop, feeling disconnected from your body, or repeating the same painful patterns in your relationships, you are not alone. Complex trauma often leaves us feeling stuck in survival mode long after the danger has passed. It affects how we view ourselves and how we navigate the world with the people we love most.
I work with adults and teenagers who are ready to move past just "talking about" their pain and want to truly process it. Specializing in complex trauma through a deep attachment lens, my approach is collaborative, authentic, and focused on helping you understand the why behind your patterns. Together, we will work to unburden the parts of you that have carried the weight of the past for too long, helping you find a sense of safety within yourself and security in your relationships. I am Certified in EMDR and frequently combine it with IFS and other therapeutic modalities, tailoring the approach to what you need to heal.
I also welcome families who are navigating these cycles together and want to build stronger generational bonds. If you are ready to stop just surviving and start truly living, let’s connect.
