About me
I have had the privilege of working with many people, some who have experienced anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, domestic violence and much more. I help I help my clients who struggle with issues by building a healthy relationship and demonstrating that they are not alone through their struggles that they are experiencing. I have provided services to children and adolescents as well as adults who experience separation anxiety, depression and who have suffered from abuse providing support and providing individual therapy, group therapy.

By working with them in building relationship-based practices such as client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and other techniques. I assist clients in developing the skills needed to help them grow.
It is not easy looking for help, it can be intimidating, and it can be difficult to let someone into your life when you are going through a difficult time. You are not alone and I believe in the importance of building a relationship that consists of trust, kindness so that the journey to the healing process can begin.
