About me

Do you ever feel like you’re barely holding it all together? Like the never-ending demands of motherhood have completely taken over, leaving no time for yourself? Somewhere along the way, you’ve lost who you are outside of being “mom.” You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if it’s even possible to feel like yourself again. You just want to feel balanced, appreciated, and like you actually matter—not just as a mom, but as you. If this sounds like you, let’s talk.

You’re doing so much for everyone else, but who’s taking care of you? If you’re feeling invisible, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost yourself in the role of “mom,” you’re not alone. It’s okay to want more for yourself—and I’m here to help. Let’s work together to create space for you to breathe, grow, and rediscover who you are. You deserve this.

I’m a licensed therapist and certified Fair Play Facilitator based in Montana, passionate about helping moms who feel lost in the chaos of motherhood reclaim their sense of self. As a mom of six myself, I understand firsthand how easy it is to feel overwhelmed and invisible under the weight of caregiving responsibilities. My counseling practice focuses on supporting moms who feel emotionally exhausted, unappreciated, and disconnected from their own identity. Together, we work to create balance, strengthen boundaries, and develop tools to manage the demands of motherhood without losing sight of yourself.

In my practice, I specialize in working with moms who feel stuck in the role of “supermom.” They’re juggling countless responsibilities—chauffeur, cook, maid, referee—while often putting their own needs last. This can lead to feelings of resentment, guilt, and burnout. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for clients to unpack these struggles and begin to find clarity and relief.

Through therapy, I help clients explore and quiet the inner critic that keeps them stuck, set boundaries with confidence, and shift their mindset around self-care. I also focus on teaching practical strategies for managing stress and anxiety, improving communication with partners, and rediscovering passions and interests outside of motherhood. My goal is to help moms move off the backburner and start living a life that feels fulfilling, balanced, and authentic.

In addition to one-on-one counseling, I offer workshops, masterclasses, and a supportive community through my Moms Without Capes platform. These resources focus on topics like setting boundaries, improving communication, managing the mental load, and prioritizing self-care. Whether it’s through individual therapy or group support, I strive to empower moms to find joy, reconnect with their identity, and feel confident in creating a life that works for them.

If you’re a mom feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’ve lost who you are, I want you to know there’s hope. Together, we can navigate the challenges you’re facing and create meaningful change that helps you feel more like yourself again. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to help.
