About me
I have experience working with individuals and couples facing trauma-related disorders, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, and complex relational challenges. I am deeply committed to this work and enjoy partnering with clients in a collaborative process that supports healing, resilience and growth.
I am an EMDR-trained therapist who uses evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. I work with individuals and couples, integrating ACT, CBT, Internal Family Systems–informed interventions, and the Gottman Method to strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and support healing. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to create lasting change.
