About me

You’ve carried a lot and you might still be carrying it. It shows up in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the way you move through life. I help women, teens, and new moms who feel stuck in old patterns or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or trauma. Together, we’ll uncover what’s underneath so you can understand your story with compassion, release what no longer serves you, and grow into the life you want. Therapy is your space to heal, feel at home in your body, and build relationships that truly support you.

I use a relational, somatic approach grounded in nervous system awareness and attachment. We may integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process trauma and stuck patterns in a way that feels safe and contained. I also keep the relationships we have with ourselves, others, and God at the forefront of my practice.

Outside of therapy, I’m a mom of two little ones, a wife, a gardener, a dog mom (to a doodle who thinks “leave it” is just a suggestion), and someone who feels better with sunshine, snacks, and a good book nearby. I love to cook and bake, mostly for the joy of it, and occasionally to avoid doing laundry. I’m also a long time Swiftie which means I believe in the power of storytelling, emotional honesty, and a really good bridge.

I’m endlessly curious about people and the little things that make life meaningful and I’m so thankful I landed in a role where I get to sit with others in the middle of it all.

Faith is a central part of my life and shapes how I move through the world - how I sit with suffering, how I hold hope, and how I see people with compassion.

Basically: I’m a real person, just like you. And I believe healing doesn’t require perfection just a willingness to be curious, kind to yourself, and open to change.
