About me

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted? I help women untangle complicated relationships and the patterns that show up in their bodies and minds, guiding them toward peace and belonging. I’m curious about how your story shapes your life. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, honor your journey, and create space for hope, growth, and the life you long for. My clients often notice they feel lighter after diving into the messiness of life while I provide a calm and curious space where we can untangle what may be keeping you from feeling safe and at peace.

I use a relational, somatic approach grounded in nervous system awareness and attachment. We may integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process trauma and stuck patterns in a way that feels safe and contained. I also keep the relationships we have with ourselves, others, and God at the forefront of my practice.

Outside of therapy, I’m a mom of two little ones, a wife, a gardener, a dog mom (to a doodle who thinks “leave it” is just a suggestion), and someone who feels better with sunshine, snacks, and a good book nearby. I love to cook and bake, mostly for the joy of it, and occasionally to avoid doing laundry. I’m also a long time Swiftie which means I believe in the power of storytelling, emotional honesty, and a really good bridge.

I’m endlessly curious about people and the little things that make life meaningful and I’m so thankful I landed in a role where I get to sit with others in the middle of it all.

Faith is a central part of my life and shapes how I move through the world - how I sit with suffering, how I hold hope, and how I see people with compassion.

I believe healing doesn’t require perfection just a willingness to be curious, kind to yourself, and open to change.
