About me
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) who is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, young adults, families, and older adults cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, student issues, and Womens issues. I have experience working with all ages in various settings such as private practice, group settings, and in patient care.
I love to spend time with my family and taking trips. I love the simple things in life such as "Netflix and chill" and getting out and feeling the sun. I enjoy reading and socializing with others. Listening to others and finding a way to help them navigate through some of the worst and most challenging times in their lives has always been a passion of mine. I love to see others reach the potential that they are capable of reaching. I too know how things in life can become very tough and hard to move through. I'm hoping that my clients find courage and support to have someone rooting for them as they figure out this thing called "life". Life is tough, but remember that you don't have to fight it alone.
