About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with teens and adults. I offer a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused strategies, tailored to your goals in a collaborative and supportive way.
I work with people from all walks of life who are ready to take the first step toward therapy, even if it feels scary or uncertain. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, or everyday stress, I create a space where you can feel heard and supported. If you’re willing to explore your thoughts and feelings, even in small steps, we can work together to build confidence, reconnect with your strengths, and develop practical tools that make a real difference in your life.
I’m passionate about this work because of my own mental health journey. I create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Whether this is your first time in therapy or a return after a break, I invite you to explore your strengths and potential with me.
