About me
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating major transitions or trying to make sense of relationships that left you questioning yourself. You may be facing career burnout, job loss, divorce, changes in friendships or romantic relationships, health concerns, or shifts that come with different stages of life. You may also be healing from relationships that felt confusing, emotionally draining, or left you doubting your own needs and perceptions. These experiences can contribute to anxiety, depression, grief, or loss of self-trust.
I am a trauma-informed, pre-licensed therapist supporting adults through life transitions and relational healing under clinical supervision. Trauma can develop through prolonged stress, relational wounds, or experiences that overwhelm your ability to cope—not only single events. I integrate CBT, DBT, Prolonged Exposure, and mindfulness to help clients regulate emotions, reduce avoidance, and build resilience. Therapy provides a safe, collaborative space to process experiences, make meaning, and reconnect with your sense of self.
Divorce and Relationship Transitions
I support individuals navigating divorce, separation, and major relationship shifts, including co-parenting challenges and changes in identity. Drawing from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, therapy focuses on emotional regulation, boundary-setting, grief processing, and rebuilding self-trust. This includes recovering from relationships marked by imbalance, emotional invalidation, or confusion.
Retirement, Aging, and Later-Life Transitions
I work with individuals and couples adjusting to retirement and aging-related changes, especially when identity, purpose, or long-held roles are shifting. Therapy may include mindfulness practices, values-based work, and relational exploration to support meaning, connection, and fulfillment beyond professional identity.
Trauma-Informed Care
For clients whose life transitions are shaped by past or recent trauma, I integrate trauma-informed approaches and Prolonged Exposure therapy when appropriate, at a pace guided by safety and readiness. This work supports safely processing traumatic experiences, reducing avoidance, and restoring a sense of agency and resilience.
If you’re ready to explore your next chapter, therapy offers a supportive space to make sense of your experiences, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with clarity and intention. I invite you to reach out when you’re ready to begin your journey.
