About me
I am an experienced therapist who works with women who feel burnt out from always showing up for everyone else reconnect with themselves, heal from past traumas, and find peace in slowing down.
Do you often put others’ needs before your own, leaving you mentally and emotionally exhausted? You’re not alone. Many women feel pressure to keep up, stay productive, and keep the peace, even when it comes at their own expense. These patterns often trace back to early experiences that taught us love or safety depended on being “good,” helpful, or busy.
As a therapist, I help women begin choosing themselves, without guilt, pressure, or performance. Together, we’ll quiet your inner critic, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect you with a sense of calm and confidence. Using EMDR if you choose, and a trauma-informed approach, I’ll support you in processing painful experiences so they no longer hold control over your present.
Change doesn’t have to happen all at once. In our work together, we’ll create space for small but meaningful shifts, so you can slow down, breathe, and start feeling more grounded. I offer a free 15-minute consult to see if we’re a good fit.
